- felt good. I treated all Reps as maximal effort, testing the weight like I was going for a PR. I only had 2 Reps that felt lethargic. Explosiveness felt great abs mechanics felt better than usual.

Burpees (x 10 as fast as possible) x 5 w/ 2 minutes rest

Limiting factor(s): body weight
- felt okay. Just heavy. Still working on losing some mass while maintaining strength.
Today was a good day to come back. I’ve been out for almost a week with the baby being born. The baby is almost on a schedule so my wife and I are starting to get some sleep. This has allowed my cortisol levels to lower so I can actually recover between workouts.
