This was rough after yesterday. I didn't get much sleep last night either (about 5 hours). I'm disappointed in the squat cleans but I've felt really fucking tired all day. Can't perform well every day I guess.
Good news, I did "Fran" for warmup and did it in 4:29. I'm pretty happy with that, especially since that was at maybe 75% effort.
