Started out with how you wanted me to (2 tng, 3 breaths). I wanted to start at 2 reps every 20 seconds. I made it 2 rounds (12 reps) before I was slightly overwhelmed. Took a quick breather and then tried the 1 every 20 seconds. I'm still not very good at this...
Good work man. This is a much better more accurate score. Like 3 min faster than the previous time. This is the area you are missing when it comes to training energy systems.
