Squat Snatch - in 6-8 sets build to 225-245# by feel
Result: 135 / 135 / 185 / 215 / 235 / 235 / 255 / 255
215#, 235#, and 255# were all accidents. Thought I had on all 10's but I grabbed a pair of 15's by mistake...which makes sense why all those weights felt a little heavier than expected. This felt as expected: lethargic, moderately disconnected, and a little uncomfortable. Let me explain, yesterday, I found myself with quite a few fire ants on my left hand and wrist...needless to say, they didn't mind biting the living shit out me. This left my left hand, wrist, and fingers a little swollen which limited my ability to hook grip the bar properly. Regardless, happy that I could hit 255# twice...even if it was by accident.

Other than the grip issues, this was butter. Probably should have warmed up my front rack positioning a little bit more. Other than that, no issues. Really feel like I can know out the 245# hang clean tester in sub-13s. That rebound off the quads is badass.

This got me breathing pretty good. Actually caused me to cough up quite a bit of phlegm and other gross mucus shit that the lungs produce. Had to dumb the AD down to Z1, EN1 didn't feel too great after ~ 5 min.
