Didn't feel super tough, but didn't feel super great either. Mechanics felt okay, but power felt very low relative to last week. Bummed.

155# and 185# felt okay, but 205# felt very rough. I barely made the last rep and it was a squat snatch. Quite disappointed with the performance here.

Called it after the first round because I failed to perform this UB. This was demoralizing, BUT I'm glad that I felt like shit and performed like shit today instead of this coming Thursday. I was very tempted to continue with the session, but I wasn't going to be worth a damn. Train smarter, not harder, right? I fucking hurt today and I hurt bad. I'm not exactly sure why. It's probably just DOMS or due to being a little hungry tonight. Oh well. As mentioned before, glad I felt like shit today and not later on.
