A
Split Jerk - in 5-6 sets, build to 315 from the rack; rest as needed

Result: 135 / 225 / 275 / 315 / 315 / 315

This was pretty buttery today. Quick, tight, and explosive. This is the easiest 315# has gone up, from what I can remember in my past experiences.

EMOM for 8min
Odd - 5 Thrusters @ 135#
Even - 45sec AB @ EN1

Got my breathing up a little more than was comfortable, but it was still butter. I started feeling a little bit of discomfort in my left hand and wrist during this. I also felt a little bit during the split jerks as well. I'm not sure what from, but I just fought through it. Just laid down that buttery spread.

EMOM for 9min
1) 6 BBJ @ 24""
2) 8 TTB
3) 6 Power Snatch @ 135#

No real issues here at all with any of the moves other than breathing (to be expected). The BBJ were actually a lot easier than anticipated. I actually did these at 30" not 24", my bad. The biggest issue I had with this was how much all 3 moves took my breath away. I wasn't happy with that at all, but I know that it's bound to happen since I'm still fighting off this fucking chest cold.

20min AB @ EN1

Kept this very, very smooth. Probably less than 100W for half of the spin.

Dartmouth PMR is what I've been using and it is really helping.

Kyle-
I hit ~ 12 bar muscle-ups in warm-up today and I wish I would've filmed them. They felt effortless. I wish I could string them together, but every time I come down, I feel like my shoulders are going to rip out of place. I figured out that if I can manipulate the 'leverage', the movement just kind of flows. Pretty cool.
