185# is about all my right wrist and hand could handle. I attempted 195# but it was pretty rough. After the 2nd rep, I had to drop it. I mustered through the pain at 185#, but couldn't pick up my balls for 195#.

Boy that got spicy. Was able to keep my wrists pretty sturdy, but this actually busted me up good, from a ventilation standpoint. I was hurting. Videos below:

1000W on the rower was not within the realm of possibility. I busted my ass to try to get it, but the highest I could hit was 998W...I was quite surprised, honestly. The BBJ were actually performed as Burpee Box Overs (as prescribed in the GRIDScore), just to get a feel for it. Surprisingly, they actually didn't feel too terrible. The primary limiting factor was my lunch still sitting in my stomach. T2B were unbroken, Snatches were unbroken.
