I'm a little frustrated with this. My monitor was on the fritz, I think. Whenever I took my heart rate manually, it was right around 150 bpm. For what it's worth, this felt very, very comfortable. I could've held this for a good long while.

20# PR here. Happy about that.

Well this was a bummer. Caught it twice but just couldn't stand up with it. If this were a hang power clean, I think I could've hit it.

I used KB for this. 1 pood is a PR. I really think my pulling strength needs to improve.
