245# ties my current PR. I guess I'm okay with this. I would like for my power snatch to improve to somewhere around 285 - 300# by this time next year.

I wish I would've filmed this but my phone was dead at the time. I'm happy that I finally, officially, hit this.

This was huge. Last time I did this at 175# and it took me 7:56. So, at almost 15# heavier and, I was almost 4 minutes faster. Gainz.
