Squat Clean - build to heavy triple in 5 sets
Results: 215 / 235 / 255 / 275 / 295x @ 3
Hit 2 @ 295# but missed the 3rd. Bummed. Started conservative and went off feel. I got to the point where I felt like I could push and decided to go for it. I used a Klokov Bar for this and it was awesome.
