Arguably the most mentally difficult thing I've completed. I know these numbers aren't anywhere near where it needs to be, however this was good for me. I would push away from the wall here and there and work through it. This was very fatiguing on my shoulders...clearly.

Strict HSPU + Kipping HSPU - 3 x AMRAP + :30 rest + AMRAP - 3 min rest
Result: 3 strict - 6 kip / 6 strict - 5 kip / 5 strict - 7 kip
This was much more challenging than I though it was going to be. My shoulders were fried on the kip. There's really no reason why the kipping HSPU were so low. I'm not sure why but I just couldn't press out. I mean, I was fatigued but I didn't feel THAT fatigued.
