Started at 225# and went from there. 225# felt pretty tough so I knew I wasn't going to build up much. This was a good, humbling portion of today.

I didn't get a chance to do this because I received a phone call from Rachel saying that our dog got loose so I had to go find him. It took me 2 hours but I found him. Little bastard. I'll hit this tomorrow afternoon. Pretty pissed that I missed it.
