This could've been worse. Went in with a strategy of 1 rep every 4 seconds on all 3 moves which would have put me at 5 even rounds and unbroken on all deadlifts. I started off a little fast.

RD4 - 5:30
I think had I slowed up a little at the beginning, I could have gotten at least half way through the box jumps jumps on the last few reps. Deadlifts were all unbroken.
