Result: 115 / 135 / 155 / 175 / 195 / 205 / 215 / 225 / 235.2

Got 2 reps @ 235# in the 90 seconds. Squat clean thrustered both.

Front Squat - 5 x 1 - rest as need, find 1RM

Result: 295 / 305 / 315 / 325PR / 335PR!

Result: 3 / 2 / 2

Rough day but it was a positive one. I could have gone up to 345 and possibly hit 350. On another note, my back is acting up again. This time it's in my sacrum. I'll stretch a lot the remainder of the week and, hopefully, it'll feel better.
