Result: 225 / 245 / 265X (missed squat clean) / 265 / 275PR (for the complex)
275# took a couple of tries before I finally hit it. I just had to commit. My elbow was really bothering me but I just had to suck it up.

Power Clean - 2 TnG reps every 30s for 8 minutes - between 225# - 245#
Result: 225# for 4 minutes / 235# for 4 minutes
I wanted to hit 245# for the last 2 minutes, but 235# felt really tough so I stayed there.

I wasn't sure if this was for time or not. I treated like it was at the beginning....and then I went full retard on the kipping HSPU...never go full retard. They didn't go well at all. It's been awhile since I've done them and I completely forgot the rhythm. This is very frustrating for me because I used to be good at them. I'll start implementing them into my warmup at least 3 times per week from here on out.
