Clean Grip Deadlift - 3 x 3 - rest 3 min

Result: 405# on all

Stayed here for a couple reasons: 1) This was decently challenging and 2) I still aired on the side of caution so not to re-aggravate my back. On that note, my back felt/feel great. Like nothing has happened to it.

Hang Power Clean (off low boxes / 2" above knees) - 1 rep every 90 seconds x 20

Result: 230# on all

Result: 4 / 5 / 5 / 4 @ 25# KB

Result: I did rope lowers with a 1" diameter rope...that's all we have...

Ring Row (supine) - 4 x AMRAP / rest 4 min

Result: 21 / 20 / 18 / 20

...ouch
