I realized that I have been doing these completely wrong and that's why my numbers were higher than in recent trial.

This is only a PR because I've never truly found a 1RM thruster. I've hit 235# for multiples...I think...if I were fresh here, I'm pretty certain I could have a 285# or higher thruster. Oh well. Woulda, coulda, shoulda...

I did this thruster ladder because I was disappointed with my performance today, as well as not being able to get to a gym this passed weekend...I did NOT plan on having 4 days off. I'm quite frustrated by that.
