Definitely underestimated how difficult this was going to be. The set of 10 @ 155 snuck up on me quick. I was able to do then unbroken but it was a decent struggle.

375# went up kinda of easy so I decided to go for it. Boy was that a wrong decision. I felt like my knees were touching half way up so I dumped it.

This sucked. I had to do this 60 minutes after the front squats due to teaching the 6:15p class. So, basically, no warmup. All STOH were UB.
