Result: 123 reps / 315# (power clean)
Not very happy with the AMRAP performance but the 315# clean and jerk was surprising. I did exactly what I wasn't supposed to do on the barbell movements. I went out waaaaay too fast. I was down with the first round in :48, whereas I was done in 1:14 on Friday (I hit 5 more reps on Friday than I did tonight). I contribute tonight's performance to stupidity and a wicked rip that left me very bloody.
