This was pretty heavy. 365# is currently my 1RM

10 front squat @ 155#
10 bar facing burpees
10 HSPU
I did 4 rounds and focused on consistency with efficient transitions from movement to movement as well as breathing. I felt pretty good today. First time in a good while.
