Felt comfortable rocking the HSPU out like this. I was going to shoot for unbroken on the last set but my head was killing me by this point. I attempted rebound box jumps but I received a very intense, very sharp pain directly on my patella. Fucking painful as shit. I reverted to jump up step down.

Everything about these threshold row sprints hurt. They wear me down completely.
