Power Snatch - find 1RM and build to Squat Snatch 1RM

Result: 245 (power, ties PR)
            265 (squat, I believe this is a 5# PR)

B
Push Press - build to 1RM

Result: 275# (5# under current PR)

C
30 min row (no airdyne access)

Stop every 3 minute for :30 hollow rocker

Felt pretty good today, kind of. I took a 30 minute nap this afternoon and I'm pretty certain that made the difference today.
