Still wasn't at 100% today. Breathing and a stuffy nose is still a problem. Biggest limiting factor on the thruster/burpee WOD was my wrist. I really think I need to go to the doctor for it. It really sucks at the moment. Overall, I'm disappointed with this performance. I feel like I've lost a lot because of my illness. Oh well. That shit happens. Just need to get over it and move on.
